RV Sites: This includes water, sewer, electricity, and cable tv. 6 people per site. NO MORE THAN 2 Vehicles. (They must fit in your site.)
**If your site allows, 1 Tent may be put up for an additional $20 per night.
**Holiday and Special Events are a different rate, that are to be paid in full upon booking. All holidays are 3-night min and non-refundable.
Rustic Cabins: This includes A/C, Cable tv, table with benches (inside cabin), a mini fridge, use of shower house, and only cook outside on charcoal grill.

Park Rules:
USE COMMON SENSE AND COURTESY, REMEMBER YOU ARE A GUEST. PLEASE RESPECT AND PROTECT OUR PROPERTY. BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER GUESTS.
ALL SITES MUST HAVE AN RV ON IT, We do not allow tents or vehicles only on sites. Tents have an additional fee per approval. If approved you are allowed 1 standard size tent per site for an additional fee.
Each reservation is allowed 2 registered vehicles, no more!
Gate passes are vehicle specific and not to be passed on, badging another vehicle in or allowing a car to piggy back in. THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE
If you did not bring it in, it does not belong to you, this includes wood.
We are an RV park on the lake, with that we do have bugs, bees, snakes, turkey, deer and many more. These are not the parks responsibility to take care of, its nature. Please prepare accordingly
No Blocking the roads or parking on the grass at anytime
Do not walk through another guests site
No ground fires are permitted at any time.
All trash must in a bag. Do Not leave trash out overnight even if trash barrels are full.
Quite time is from 10 pm to 8 am. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC AFTER 10 p. Keep noise level to your site
NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE CABINS (A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to your card if you do not follow this rule no exceptions)
RV Site Pets must be on a leash, picked up after and not left unattended at all times. Non-Aggressive breeds allows
Check-in begins at 2pm/ Check out is no later than 12 pm
NO ATV, UTV, XTV or dirt bikes or swimming pools Allowed
No cooking in or on decks of the cabins, must be done off the porch
**Non-Compliance with any rules of our park may result in being asked to leave without a refund

No parking on the grass.
No Badging other cars in/ non park guests (2 Vehicles only)
Do not walk-through other guest RV sites, or cabins.

Absolutely No cooking, smoking, or pets in the cabins. A fee of $250 will apply and reservation will be terminated immediately
Pets and tents are not allowed on a cabin reservations only rv sites
Pets must be leashed no longer than 6ft, cleaned up after and not left unattended at all times. Non-Aggressive breeds allow only
No maintenance work allowed such as but not limited to RV or Vehicle
Absolutely no generators for any reason
No swimming pools of any size or inflatable bounce houses/ trampolines
Any missing or damaged items from your site or cabin will be charged the price to replace it. Such as but not limited to: cabin damage, missing bedding/towels, ruined bed/bed frames, picnic tables, sewer, water or cable or wifi connection, fire unit, etc.
Check-in 2pm/ Check out at 12 pm. Early check-in and Late check-out will be charged $5 per hr for every hour. Subject to site availability
No more than 8 people at a site
**Non-Compliance with any rules of our park may result in being asked to leave with out a refund.
We allow you to move your reservation 1x at no cost as long as it is 7 days prior to date of arrival. There will be no refund option after it has been moved the 1x. Lock your spot reservation CANNOT be moved. This feature guarantees your site and your reservation. This is to protect You and Us.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival day to receive a refund. Arrival day is not included in the 7 days prior. There is no early departure refund. No shows you will be charged the reservation. A 2-night minimum on cabins, all sites are 2 nights minimum on the weekend and 3 nights on holidays. However, please keep in mind we do have a 10% Cancellation fee on all reservations no exceptions. Same day Arrivals not subjected to refunds. Holiday reservations and lock-your-spot are all non-refundable
*We can Not guarantee a specific site, we will do our best to put or keep you in the one you want. We reserve the right to move you to any site at anytime before arrival.
** WE OFFER A LOCK-YOUR-SITE and are not responsible for your reservation being moved if you do not select it.
